Welcome to Lucy's
The coffee bean, believed to have been discovered in Ethiopia, is the center of much of it's social and cultural experience.
The deep colors and tantalizing aroma of Ethiopian food speak to the variety of natural and healthy ingredients.
Vegetarian, vegan and meat dishes are prepared with distinctive Ethiopian spices. Many blends passed down from generation to generation.
The Veggie Combo
A popular customer choice which is a combination of five vegetarian dishes. The meal is served on a large platter on top of injera. It can be ordered for one person or for a group to share.

-Naima, co-owner Lucy Ethiopian Cuisine
"The food is amazing! Best Ethiopian food I have ever had and I've lived in Ethiopia. If you are not sure what to order, Niama and Abba can walk u through it, but my recommendation is start with the Sambusa, then DoroWat (spicy chicken stew) and the vegetation sampler. We have been faithful patrons since Amherst and Grant, but love the new location! Great people running a great restaurant."

"The owner abba is a super nice guy. My girlfriend and I com here all the time and split the vegetarian platter. Delicious. The injera is fluffy and amazing and I always leave the place stuffed. I really love this place"

"Great hidden gem of authentic food. The owner (I presume), was very helpful in helping us pick out what we may like and suggested to order coffee ahead of time because he makes it a certain way and it takes a while. It's definitely worth the wait! The food was delicious and filling. The bread is gluten free (which made my girlfriends day)."
